2005 – 2012
Barry begins his research in cardiovascular biomechanics, working alongside clinicians, medical imaging experts, scientists and engineers in Ireland, Scotland and internationally. Early prototype computer models are developed across a range of cardiovascular diseases, laying the foundation for future work.
